    Since this thread is in the "Fiqh" section, and not the "Purification of the Soul" or "General Discussion" sections, it is important to note that that while the wording of the hadeeth seems to indicate that a Muslim who commits suicide will be in the fire forever, this is not the case, due to other explicit hadeeth on the subject and the generality of Allaah forgiving every sin less than shirk.

    It would not be necessary to mention this along with a general warning against the crime of suicide, as many scholars would warn against major sins using texts that could be very scary and perhaps indicative of takfeer (being outside of Islaam), but since this is the Fiqh section, this is the place for tafseel (detailed understanding), not a warning with ijmaal (brief, unexplained mention) of something that can cause confusion.
