Yes; this books has been translated. As our brother Abu Iyaad has mentioned, the correct translation of the title is: Be Salafi Upon the Path...It is an upcoming TROID Publication, insha-Allaah.
The Shaykh mentions in the book that the title was taken from statement of the Shaykh Bakr Aboo Zayd who said:

"Be a Salafee Upon the path..."
