Salafis in UAE?

Wa 'alaykumus Salaam,

All masaajid are handled by the awqaaf (coordinated by the govt.) much like in the KSA. Its not like the West.

Some Salafi Mashaayikh visit the UAE for da'wah from time to time but I have not seen a list of mashaayikh or anything like that mentioned by the Scholars re: the UAE.

As a side note, those types of questions, which are normal in the West, are very difficult and locals often will turn away from such questions because the ramifications of answering them may cause more harm than benefit.
