    As salaamu 'alaykum,

    Shaykh Muhammad Ali Farkus (hafidhahullaah Ta'aala) has calculated the weight-equivalent for 1 Saa' of various foodstuffs. The table from his website is given below.

    The Measures of Zakat Al-Fitr (in grams)

    Semolina -----> 2000 grams of Semolina is one Saa'
    Raisin -----> 1640 grams of Raisin is one Saa'
    Flour -----> 1400 grams of Flour is one Saa'
    Couscous -----> 1800 grams of Couscous is one Saa'
    Lentil -----> 2100 grams of Lentil is one Saa'
    Couscous with big grains -----> 2000 grams of Couscous with big grains is one Saa'
    Bean -----> 2060 grams of Bean is one Saa'
    Date -----> 1800 grams of Date is one Saa'
    Crushed pea -----> 2240 grams of Crushed pea is one Saa'
    Chickpea -----> 2000 grams of Chickpea is one Saa'
