Alhamdulillaah, a few of us were blessed to visit the noble Shaykh, the father al-Allaamah Rabee ibn Haadee al Madkhalee. Even though the Shaykh has been unwell, haadifhahullaah, he invited us in to his house and answered the questions that were presented to him, jazaahAllaahu Khair.
We also had the opportunity to visit our Shaykh, Muhammad bin Haadee al Madkhalee haafidhahullaah. He answered many questions that were put to him. He was unable to lecture at the seminar due to his very busy schedule.
We also had the opportunity to attend the lectures of our Shaykh, Ubayd al-Jaabiree haafidhahullaah, in both his local masjid and the masjid well known as masjid Qiblatain, where he was introduced by Shaykh Muhammad bin Haadee; who also read questions to Shaykh Ubayd after the lesson. May Allaah reward our mashaykh for the efforts in conveying the knowledge to the masses.
Also, many thanks to our noble brothers Abu Zakee Umar and Ahmed (Jazaahumullaahukhair) from Troid for their efforts in helping establish this event, we found the brothers from Canada to be very pleasant and ardent upon seeking knowledge mashaa Allaah. They have also made some of the audios available upon their website Troid.org
Many of our brothers attended from far and wide, U.K, Canada, USA, Sri lanka, Singapore, Maldives, also brothers from Makkah, Riyaadh etc all this added to the atmosphere of love and affection between everyone present. Many students from Jaami’ah Islamiyyah in Madeenah attended, may Allaah increase them in good.
We pray that Allaah allows the establishment of many more beneficial gatherings of this like. The organisers have decided to keep future events as high quality as is possible inshaa Allaah, this is due to some problems that were experienced with some hotels due to unreliable agencies.
